About the assignment

At Novare, we are a proud and approved supplier under one of the National Audit Office's framework agreements. We are now looking for a lawyer for an authority in Stockholm.

The authority is currently in need of a lawyer to work with, among other things, the disclosure of public documents. Your tasks will include conducting assessments, participating in projects, and providing support to managers and employees on legal matters. You will become an important part of the authority's work.

For this position, we are looking for someone who is confident in their knowledge. You have the analytical ability to handle and process material. Furthermore, we see that you are driven, communicative, and willing to collaborate. Knowledge of procedural law, including administrative procedural law, general administrative law, and social insurance law (national and EU law), is an advantage.

Examples of main responsibilities

• Support in the disclosure of public documents and information
• Support in the integration and development of digital services related to information disclosure
• Support in comprehensive assessments
• Support in carrying out basic assessment and impact assessment according to applicable data protection regulations
• Participation in current projects

Requirements for the position

• Master of Laws degree (Jur. Cand. or equivalent)
• At least three (3) years of work experience as a lawyer
• Notarial merit from a district court or administrative court
• Very good knowledge of the Office package and corresponding software
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

Assignment period and scope

The assignment is full-time, during office hours, with a planned start date of August 24 and lasting for approximately 12 weeks, with the possibility of extension. The location is at the authority in Stockholm with some possibility of remote work. Travel within the assignment may occur.
